Avony hails from Costa Rica, a country rich in cultural diversity and beauty. Her family’s diversity– with Costa Rican, Jamaican, Nicaraguan, and American roots– enabled her to travel extensively as a kid, introducing her to a variety of worldviews. While modeling is a new venture for her, beginning with an E-commerce shoot in Miami, she sees it as a natural extension of her passion for self-expression and creativity. An early career highlight for Avony was collaborating with Good American by Khloe Kardashian. She is working to expand into runway and recently took part in a runway competition in New York which helped her gain experience and develop confidence and stage presence. When not working, Avony loves to spend quality time with my family and boyfriend, exploring new places and cuisines, and drawing to help her unwind and express creatively.
