About / hailey baker
Hailey was born on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales and raised in Sydney, Australia, with Italian heritage. She began modeling at just nine years old with a children’s agency after telling her mum she dreamed of being in magazines, and later continued professionally after being scouted by adult agencies. At 14, she booked her first international campaign with Garnier in Thailand — a defining moment that made her realize modeling could truly be her future. She then moved to London to pursue her career, working with brands she once admired such as ASOS, Nasty Gal, and Next. Booking another Garnier campaign in London nearly eight years later was a proud full-circle moment. Alongside modeling, Hailey is completing a double bachelor’s degree in Business and Psychological Science while balancing travel, Pilates, sewing, and healthy cooking.
