Born in the Netherlands and raised on the Caribbean island of Curaçao, Noa Blaaker is the daughter of a Dutch mother and Surinamese father—a heritage reflected in her luminous complexion, green eyes, and light-brown curls. Proud to be an island girl at heart, she carries the warmth and beauty of the beach wherever she goes. Her modeling career began at just 13, when scouts approached her on the street and reached out via Instagram. Today, she is represented by notable agencies worldwide. After finishing high school, she moved from Curaçao to London to model full-time, following in the footsteps of her eldest brother, model and actor Isha Blaaker. Noa’s first shoot placed her image on bus stops across the Netherlands. Soon she appeared in Parisian shop windows, Italian ads, and campaigns for Free People Europe. She treasures her interview in Vogue India’s January/February 2024 issue, as well as walking in Paris and New York fashion weeks. Most recently, she has fronted global campaigns for Essence, Kiehl’s, Chantelle Paris, and Hugo Boss. Outside of modeling, Noa stays active with pilates, barre, yoga, and swimming—honoring her days as a competitive swimmer. She also loves exploring both thrift and luxury fashion, constantly refining her style and solidifying her place as a rising force in the beauty industry.
