About / martyna frankow
Martyna was born and raised in Poland, she lived there until pursuing modeling full time. Originally uninterested in modeling, her openness to travel and new experiences led her to the industry after being scouted multiple times prior to the social media era, with the support of her family. She considers her career debut to be New York Fashion Week in 2012, when WWD named her a new face to watch. Highlights include appearing in the inaugural issue of Polish Vogue in 2018 and walking in Dolce & Gabbana’s first Alta Moda couture show in Taormina, Sicily, where she also shot with Paolo Roversi and was later featured in Vogue Italia. More recent work includes a global Clinique campaign. Outside of modeling, she is a classically trained pianist and performer. She sings, has a background in musical theater, and has recently expanded into acting, with roles in award-winning film projects. In her free time, she enjoys anime, Pokémon, Japanese culture, and spending time with her Brussels Griffon, Uni.
