Born in Pécs, Hungary, Mira Zsember grew up in a small village nearby, moving frequently with her family and embracing her German heritage from both sides of her family. She was discovered by a modeling scout through Instagram at 16, but chose to wait until she finished art school before pursuing modeling professionally. At 18, she began her career and quickly gained international experience, considering her first job in Italy, which later appeared on Vogue Italia online, her official career debut. Since then, she has worked with major fashion and beauty names including Burberry Beauty, YSL, Armani, Charlotte Tilbury, Elie Saab, Van Cleef, Mugler, Sephora, and Etam, as well as recent campaigns for Sportscraft, Forever New Clothing, Glassons, and Rationale Beauty in Australia. Alongside modeling, Mira is a ceramic artist by profession and enjoys drawing as a creative hobby. Outside of work, she is highly active, regularly swimming in open competitions and drawing on a lifelong passion for sports that has included soccer and long-distance running.
