About / marie teissonniere
Born and raised in Avignon in the south of France, Marie Teissoniere grew up surrounded by a blend of Italian and Mongolian heritage that continues to influence her identity and outlook. She began modeling at 17 after being scouted on Facebook, immediately leaving her hometown to move to Paris to pursue what had always been a dream. Shortly after, she signed with an agency in Los Angeles, arriving for what was meant to be a three-month stay—but eight years later, she still calls the city home. In her very first week in the United States, she booked a Forever 21 campaign and celebrated her first Times Square billboard, a defining moment that marked the beginning of her career in America. She soon began working recurrently with brands such as Armani, Tiffany and Co., NARS, Aritzia, and DKNY, building lasting creative relationships across fashion and beauty. Outside of modeling, Marie finds joy in early morning Pilates, thrifting, interior decorating, and above all, cooking and baking—her favorite therapeutic ritual.
